At present 1307 employees (264 permanent, & 1043 seasonal) are working in the factory.

  • 354 quarters are provided to employees at karkhana site.
  • Educational facilities from primary to college level are available at site.
  • Shri Dnyaneshwar Clinic is running at site. Through this we arrange campus for    

 Public Health, Blood Donation, Cancer etc. every year. Regular visits of Expert    Doctors are arranged.

Our karkhana has taken Group Accident Policy to all the employees of karkhana. For the accident death Rs. 2.00 lacs and for hospitalization Rs. 1.00 lacs totalling Rs. 3.00 lacs.

Shri Dnyaneshwar Employees Center is running at site. Through this center the facility of scholarship, modern library and facility of games are available for the boys and girls of employees.

We arrange religious programmes, Ceremony for the  employees of the karkhana.

** The entire world & country especially in Maharashtra State faced an unprecedented situation on account of Covid-19 (Corona Virus) from March 2020 to Augugst- 2021. In this critical situation Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India has widely taken in hand vaccination programme for the people throughout country, we ave also taken in hand precautionary measures lke social distance, use of mask on nose & mouth, arrangement of sanitizer of main gate, inspection by thermal sacanning etc. for the preservation of employees.

Training Program

There is necessity to give training to the Directors, Members, Officers and Staff of the institute in respect of cooperation & business of Institute. We prepare structure in every year for training programme. It includes training of Directors, Members, Officers & staff of our factory. We are arranging estimate / budget in every year for the expenditure of said training.

Sanskrutic Mandal

For the welfare of the employees a separate Kamgar Kalyan Kendra and library is running. We provide facilities of scholarship & prizes to the students achieving excellence. A Cultural Board is registered for the welfare activities of employees of the karkhana. Through this board we are arranging various social welfare activities for the employees in association with karkhana. On occasion of birth of Girl we are arranging annual function namely "Welcome on Birth of Woman". In this function we honour said couple of our employees and present them receipt of fixed deposit of Rs. 2500/- in the name of birth of each girl.

Co-operating Housing Society

Shri Marutrao Ghule Patil Co-operative Housing Society is established at site. Karkhana has given 5 acres of land in cheaper rate to the employees of the karkhana.85 houses are owned by workers.

Credit Co-operative Society

Late Marutrao Ghule Patil Credit Co-operative Society established at site and 2 separate Credit Co-operative Society are running at Shevgaon and Newasa Taluka Places. Through this Society finance is given to the needy Members.

Co-op. Society

We are providing loan facilities to the workers of our karkhana through workers co-operative society. Through this society we are also providing H.P. Gas facilities to the members & workers of our karkhana.

Industrial Woman’s Co-op. Society

For the social development of Woman’s is separate Society namely Parijat Mahila Audyogik Co-op. Society is established. Through this society a Consumer Store is running at site.

Motor Transport Co-op. Society

For the Transportation of Sugar cane we have established Shri Dnyaneshwar Motor Co-op. Society at site.

Medical Facilities

Shri. Dnyaneshwar Clinic is running at site through this we arrange campus for Public Health, Blood Donation, Cancer, eye etc. every year.

Jeevan Pradhikaran Yojana

For the water problem of the people in the nearby area of the karkhana namely Bhende Bk, Bhende Khd, Kukana, Chilekhanwadi & Tarwadi. Karkahana had given 17 acres own land to Maharashtra Govt. Due to scarcity of water in famine condition in part, we have also provided water to the needy people of Newasa & Shevgaon taluka through this scheme.

Assistance in Scarcity of Water/ Draught Condition

In 2012-13 there was draught condition in our area. In this period we have provided 10 synthetic tanks having capacity 5000 Ltrs. each to the villages of Shevgaon Tahsil. Also in 2018-19 we have provided 5 synthetic tanks having capacity 2000 Ltrs each to the villages namely Ranjangaon, Rajegaon, Patharwale, Bakupimpalgaon, Murame
Welfare Activities to employees
450 Quarters are provided to employees at the Karkhana site.
Educational facilities from Primary to College level are available at site.
